Refund Policy
Last Updated: 2026-04-13
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which BlogShoot ("we", "us", or "our") offers refunds for subscriptions to our Software-as-a-Service platform (the "Service"). By subscribing to BlogShoot, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your decision to use BlogShoot. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the initial charge.
To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your first subscription charge
- The request must be for your first subscription payment only (not renewal charges)
- You must contact us at [email protected] with your account email and order ID
2. Subscription Renewals
BlogShoot subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that oversights happen, and will consider refund requests for renewal charges on a case-by-case basis if:
- The request is submitted within 3 calendar days of the renewal charge, and
- You have not used a material portion of the renewed plan's credits or features in that period.
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, in addition to the 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial charge, pro-rated refunds may be available upon cancellation within the first 30 days of the annual term at our discretion. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests submitted after the 7-day money-back window for the initial charge
- Renewal charges where a material portion of the billing period's credits or features has been used
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (including abuse, fraud, or prohibited activity)
- Partial-month usage or unused days of a current billing period (your access continues until period end upon cancellation)
- Dissatisfaction with SEO results, traffic outcomes, or AI-generated content quality, where the Service itself has functioned as described
- Failure of third-party integrations (e.g., WordPress, Google Search Console) due to your own configuration or credentials
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The email address associated with your BlogShoot account
- The order ID or transaction ID from your receipt
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for the request (this helps us improve the Service)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, if approved, issue the refund within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
Payments and refunds for BlogShoot subscriptions are processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve billing concerns quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of the charge.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Refund Policy or a specific charge, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: www.blogshoot.com
For questions related to payments, receipts, or invoices, you may also contact our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, at [email protected].
In plain terms: Try BlogShoot risk-free for 7 days — if it's not for you, email us for a full refund on your first payment. After that, cancel anytime to stop future charges, but we generally don't refund the current billing period.
